Chad A. Stettler
Hi there, my name is Chad Stettler, and I specialize in Individual, as well as Marriage & Family Counseling. I also have training in Substance Abuse Counseling. One of my favorite joys is helping people who are struggling in some area of life. I too have been helped and supported by others, and I know how valuable others can be in providing support and healing during difficult times.
During counseling, I like to focus on restructuring troubling thoughts and beliefs, processing difficult and painful emotions (especially those that affect how one sees others and one’s self), and developing skill sets that offer better strategies for coping. I also look at patterns of interactions or relating that create problems in relationships. I like to use a comfortable and engaging style of therapy. I am a licensed Pastoral Counselor (National Christian Counselors Association # 11729), and I obtained my License in 2006. I also have training in Leadership Development, as well as in Problem Solving Analysis. I have extensive knowledge and experience in Group Formation, Coaching, and Facilitation. I have work experience in the corporate world, have been married for 21 years, and have three children – ages 17, 14, and 11 (two amazing boys, and a wonderful little girl). My wife and I have led a community group and taught Sunday School at our local Church which we have been attending for the past 13 years.
